It all starts from your experience…

The Editrix

…and grows into something much bigger. First, you tell your story to a friend, who shares it with her mother, who tells her church group—and suddenly you’re an inspiration! We all have incredible experiences to share that can help others. Editrix Jenni tells her stories, and you can too, with a blog, Facebook, Twitter—even just a phone call to a friend. Speak up and help make women’s lives better!

New today at ChronicBabe.com: Women’s Health Heroes

Home Health Heroes

Instead of pointing you to a new article at our site today, we want you to head on over to Our Bodies, Our Blog and learn about all their newly crowned Women’s Health Heroes (Editrix Jenni is one of them!). These women are doing incredible work and helping others, and we think you’ll be inspired to take action once you’ve read their stories.

What's on our plate?

Candle

Thoughtful, positive energy that we’re sending toward Editrix Jenni’s mom, Eileen. She had to have major surgery a couple days ago and is in recovery. We don’t normally use this space for such personal stuff, but if you can take a moment to pray for her, send her good vibes, light a candle—whatever works for you—Eileen, Jenni and the whole ChronicBabe team sure would appreciate it. Many thanks!

Did you know?

Cure Together “helps people anonymously track and compare health data, to better understand their bodies, make more informed treatment decisions and contribute data to research.” We love the idea of people working together to improve their situations. Join the conversation!

What we're up to lately...

Getting back to basics. Even ChronicBabe “pros” like Editrix Jenni and her teammates need a refresher now and then, so she’s: exercising every day…practicing meditation and relaxation exercises…listening to music…reading educational (and fun!) stuff…connecting with friends whenever possible…cutting calories…enjoying good weather, even if it’s just a 10-minute break outside…journaling…getting back into a sleep schedule…stretching to stay limber…finding ways to be creative…and practicing gratitude. Thanks, dear readers, for coming along on this ride and sharing your great ideas and energy!
