In our first video, I offer a quick little exercise: Find one thing to focus on today, for about 30 seconds, and be thankful for it. Maybe it's a great salad, or a gorgeous sunset, or even the fact that you finished reading a book. Find something nice in your life to celebrate - even if it feels like the rest of the day is utter crap!
